REGULAR REGISTRATION (due April 12): Camper Ages 8-12: $295 Dorm Leader: $220 ($100 Deposit due Apr 12) |
LAST CHANCE REGISTRATION (due June 21): Camper Ages 8-12: $320 Dorm Leader: $220 |
Steps to Register:
* Campers are not considered as registered with the Network until all three steps are completed. If you fail to finish any of these steps before the due date then you are responsible for the price change.

Pay the deposit and/or full amount to Summit.
Make sure you add your student's name in the memo section. |

The Camper or Leader Consent form will be automatically emailed to you directly from the AZ Ministry Network. Please fill it out once you receive it.
**Parents, you must enter your email address. Entering your email incorrectly or with a typo will result in a fine from the Network in order to redo the application. |
