​Steps to Register:
* Campers are not considered as registered with the Network until all three steps are completed. If you fail to finish any of these steps before the due date then you are responsible for the price change.

STEP 2:

PAY online

Pay the deposit and/or full amount to Summit.​
​Make sure you add your student's name in the comment.

STEP 3:

The Camper or Leader Consent form will be automatically emailed to you directly from the AZ Ministry Network. Please fill it out once you receive it.
​**Parents, you must enter your email address. Entering your email incorrectly or with a typo will result in a fine from the Network in order to redo the application.
